Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
RageBacon (“we,” “us”) is operated by Francois Serfontein, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.
What we collect
RageBacon's website does not have user accounts, does not use a contact form, and does not process payments directly. As a result, we collect very little personal data through the site itself:
- Email contact— if you email us via the addresses listed on our Contact page (contact@, dota@, lol@, francois@ragebacon.com), we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email. We use this only to respond to you and don't share it with third parties.
- Hosting logs — like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. This is standard infrastructure logging, not used for tracking or advertising.
Third-party services
- Ko-fi— if you choose to support us via Ko-fi, that transaction happens entirely on Ko-fi's platform, governed by Ko-fi's own privacy policy. We don't receive your payment details.
- X and Telegram — links to our social accounts take you to those platforms, governed by their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to how it's used. Since we collect minimal data, this is usually limited to email correspondence. Contact us at contact@ragebacon.com for any such request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, if we introduce analytics or advertising in the future). Material changes will be reflected with an updated ‘last updated’ date above.
